The new dialogue promo of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Raees’ is out now. The promo showcases some massy action, and has dialogues that will get whistles in the theatres.

Shah Rukh Khan is seen wearing spectacles in the film, and he warns that ‘Battery nahi bolneka’. For the uninitiated, ‘battery’ is a slang word for people who wear specks. SRK’s film has a perfect massy feel to it, and these dialogue promos will surely attract the masses.

OMG! Maniesh Paul was chased by a group of drunk bikers on a highway

TV host-turned-actor Maniesh Paul recently met with a scary incident while heading back to Mumbai from Lonavla. The actor was returning to Mumbai from a shoot in Lonavla when on the highway around 20 bikers started chasing his car. Maniesh didn’t really mind it in the beginning but things took a nasty turn when they started banging his car window.

A source close to a leading web portal says, “Initially, he was okay with it as they were just shouting his name, but all hell broke loose when they started banging the window glass of his car as they wanted him to get down and click pictures with them. But seeing their rowdy behaviour, Maniesh just waved at them and zoomed away in his car.”

Shah Rukh Khan to play magician in Salman Khan’s ‘Tubelight’?

Yesterday, pictures of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan from the sets of ‘Tubelight’ broke the internet. We earlier heard SRK would be playing a cameo in the Kabir Khan-directorial, and he did not disappoint us after all!

And now, the latest reports suggest that his character is that of a magician. Sounds quite interesting, right?

Adding to our assumptions, SRK has got a cryptic tattoo done on his face. This further fuels rumours that his character will be something intense!

Apparently, the Indo-Chinese war film is inspired by Hollywood flick ‘Little Boy’. In the film, Pepper, a little lad, goes out to look for his dad who goes missing from a war. There, he is told that he can change the course of the war with extreme will power. That is where magic creeps in!

Ohh! Varun Dhawan’s jacket caught fire during an awards show

During shooting of films or during awards functions, mishaps do occur. But our celebs have always braved through every unfortunate incident. Now, actor Varun Dhawan met with a scary incident while performing at a recently held awards show. Varun was performing to his hit tracks like ‘Jee Karda’ from ‘Badlapur’ and title tracks of ‘Main Tera Hero’ and the upcoming ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.

Suddenly his jacket caught fire mid-way, but he had a narrow escape and being a true professional, he continued to dance and completed his performance.

An onlooker said, “Varun’s act started at 3 am. It was a highly energetic performance and his guitar suddenly burst mid-act. Flames erupted and his jacket caught fire as well. A few sparks also flew in Rekhaji’s direction. Though there was a fire extinguisher close by, Varun continued dancing so as to avoid disrupting the show. Luckily, it wasn’t anything major.”

Rishi Kapoor’s revelations about his late father Raj Kapoor and his love life will startle you

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is ecstatic over his victory at the Filmfare Awards 2017 for his performance in ‘Kapoor & Sons’. The actor is all set to release his autobiography titled as ‘Khullam Khulla: Rishi Kapoor Uncensored’. Now, even before the release of the book, we have come across some snippets from the book wherein he has spoken about his father Raj Kapoor’s love affairs and his love for drinks.

Here are some excerpts from the book, “My father, Raj Kapoor, was 28 years old and had already been hailed as the ‘showman of Hindi cinema’ four years before. He was also a man in love – at the time, unfortunately, with someone other than my mother. His girlfriend was the leading lady of some of his biggest hits of the time, including ‘Aag’ (1948), ‘Barsaat’ (1949) and ‘Awara’ (1951).”

He even wrote about his father’s relationship with yesteryear actress Vyjayanthimala. He wrote, “I remember moving into the Natraj Hotel on Marine Drive with my mom during the time Papa was involved with Vyjayanthimala.

Woah! Priyanka Chopra to get Dwayne Johnson to India to promote ‘Baywatch’

Deepika Padukone managed to get Vin Diesel to India to promote their Hollywood film, ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ and the result was fabulous. People, especially her fans went mad to see her promoting her Hollywood debut on the home turf with Vin by her side. Now, it’s time for Priyanka Chopra to do the same. If reports are to be believed, then PeeCee is planning to get the entire team of her Hollywood debut ‘Baywatch’ to India to do the same.

“We are hoping so because we are doing a big promotional thing around the world and they know how important India is to me. We are having those conversations, but we haven’t started because it is not going to release until May. So, marketing will only start a few months before that. But the wheels are in motion,” said the actress when asked about Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron accompanying her during the promotions of ‘Baywatch’ in India.

Sunil Grover-starrer ‘Coffee With D’ to release the uncut version inspite of underworld threats

The makers of ‘Coffee With D‘ have been through sleepless nights after receiving phone calls and threats from the underworld. The movie which deals with the fictitious journey of a journalist who interviews an underworld don, landed itself in troubled waters as real life underworld threats started pouring in, due to the theme of the subject.

After postponing the release date of the movie from January 6 to January 20, the makers had planned to incorporate changes owing to the threats, but it seems that they have now decided to release the movie on January 20 without any cuts.

The producer Vinod Ramani and director Vishal Mishra have mutually decided to release the uncut version. Director Vishal Mishra says, “When we started to actually edit the film according to the threat calls, I was distressed and uncertain as to what can we edit. The threat calls warned us to change the dialogue of all the scenes of the character of the underworld don, which they say is in negative light. I was very clear on that the essence of the film should remain intact. After a lot of contemplation, we have finally decided to release the uncut (albeit CBFC certified) version irrespective of these threats.”
